We work with:

• Individuals – this is through one-on-one Coaching, 360 Degree Reviews, Personal Coaching, or Leadership Development.  Coaching sessions are conducted by phone, Skype, or chat.  These sessions can be anonymous if desired.

• Colleges/Universities – This is either consulting for a specific project, e.g. Focused Program Review, or leading a strategic planning session(s).  Occasionally Colleges/Universities will contract for either Coaching or Leadership Development for one or more of their key leaders whom they wish to groom for advancement, or who may be experiencing challenges keeping them from reaching their potential.

• Non-Profits – This is either is typically leading strategic planning session(s).  Occasionally Non-Profits will contract for either Coaching or Leadership Development for one or more of their key leaders whom they wish to groom for advancement or who may be experiencing challenges keeping them from reaching their potential.

• Churches/Pastors – Workshops or services focused on specific topics, e.g. Leadership, Working with Volunteers, Vision, etc.  Some churches desire an outside individual to conduct annual Strategic Planning events either for the whole church or the leadership team.  Pastors will benefit most from either Coaching or Leadership Development. Churches may qualify for a discount.  Pastors will always qualify for a discount.
