Data Analysis with Excel – This workshop is a hands-on demonstration of various tools available in Excel for working with large spreadsheets in order to draw out information to make data-driven decisions. This works best when those attending are working on a computer while the tools are being demonstrated using a worksheet of data supplied by the Instructor.
7 Solutions for Overcoming Mediocrity as a Leader – Leaders have a tendency to drift toward mediocrity unless they are constantly renewing themselves. This presentation looks at the most common drifts and shares ways to overcome the drift. Probably everyone present will find themselves in one of the scenarios and benefit from a shot of rejuvenation.
